Department: Operations / Field Operations Reports to: VP of Operations / US Operations Lead Location: US-based, remote/field-based with regular travel to customer venues and installation sites Contract Type: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt Compensation: $30–$42 per hour, overtime eligible, equivalent to approximately $62,400–$87,360 annually before overtime Travel Requirement: Regular US travel, including potential overnight and interstate travel Working Pattern: Full-time field-based role. We work with major venues, hospitality operators, sporting organisations and entertainment partners around the world, including Live Nation, ASM Global, LIV Golf, Levy, Sodexo, AEG Presents, Soldier Field, Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City, Juventus, Co-op Live and many more.
