We partner with highly motivated independent contractors who prioritize accuracy, reliability, and professional autonomy.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>Earn a predictable supplemental or full-time income on a flexible schedule that you control. As a Field Inspector covering Monroe County, you will perform residential occupancy verifications. These are brief, exterior visits to confirm property status and report on general conditions.</p><ul><li><strong>Autonomy:</strong> You manage your own routing, schedule, and territory.</li><li><strong>Efficiency:</strong> Standard inspections are designed for speed, typically requiring only 5–6 minutes on-site.</li><li><strong>Consistency:</strong> Enjoy stable, month-to-month volume in your assigned county.</li></ul><h3>Workflow & Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators.</li><li>Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications.</li><li>Maintain a high level of reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines.</li></ul><p><em>Note: This role requires spending extended periods of time driving and making numerous stops throughout the day in your assigned territory. This territory covers a spacious rural county with longer drives between stops. A fuel-efficient vehicle and comfort with country roads are especially valuable.</em></p><h3>Requirements</h3><p>As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own equipment, including:</p><ul><li>Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.</li><li>Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.</li><li>Computer with an internet connection and a printer.</li><li>Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.</li><li>Ability to pass a standard background check.</li></ul><h3>Earnings & Volume</h3><ul><li><strong>Flat-Rate Pay:</strong> This is a 1099 position where you are paid a set fee for every inspection completed.</li><li><strong>Earning Potential:</strong> While pay is per-inspection, efficient contractors typically earn the equivalent of $25–$35 per hour.</li><li><strong>Volume:</strong> Rates and inspection volume vary by county. Join our team today!</p><p><b>The responsibilities for a Register Nurse include the following:</b></p><ul><li>Identifies and documents patient information based on data collected through nursing assessments and information obtained through family and/or primary caregiver or guardian.</li><li>Evaluates each resident's care and produces a nursing assessment and up-to-date nursing care plan.</li><li>Develops measurable goals on the multi-disciplinary treatment plan that is mutually set with the treatment team and the resident.</li><li>Assist patients through admission and discharge processes.</li><li>Documents nursing intervention and resident response in progress notes.</li><li>Provides general nursing care as required.</li><li>Develops a therapeutic relationship with assigned residents.</li><li>Encourages resident's independent behavior.</li><li>Serves as a role member for the residents.</li><li>Assess resident's physical needs and emotional needs.</li><li>Collaborates with the treatment team in completing the discharge plans for patients.</li></ul><p><b>Qualified Register Nurse candidates should have the following:</b></p><ul><li>Current Arkansas RN licensure or qualified compact license</li><li>Currently certified in basic life support</li><li>Prefer some previous experience in healthcare preferably with pediatrics or behavioral health.
