You'll be the connective thread between our NPs and Sprinters (our clinician field staff) and the operational systems that keep them paid, trained, and compliant - handling workforce tracking, payroll compliance follow-up, documentation review, and reporting so clinical leadership can stay focused on patient care, clinical support, and clinical oversight.
