Coordinate with marketing and leadership team to ensure appropriate utilization of resources such as education programs and surgeon engagement Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and marketing teams, to understand and execute the marketing strategy and align with organizational goals Manage territory expense budget and follow all applicable expense guidelines while executing educational engagement Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to plan and successfully execute national and regional trade shows Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve sales execution Develop and maintain relationships with plastic surgeons, office staff, coordinators, and hospital personnel that will help execute sales Educate and act as a consultant for breast device cases by providing technique considerations, complication management strategies, and differentiation of the products. Requirements: Experience on medical devices sales Experience and knowledge in plastic surgery is preferred Ability to be credentialed and work in an OR setting (this person will be assisting and observing surgeries) Bachelors Degree Hands on and proactive attitude Able to work within an evolving environment Ability to manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner Ability to work independently Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required Strong communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams Able to work with a team as well as independently in fast-paced environment/experience prioritizing Program/Project execution Experience navigating hospital VAC processes.
