Senior Generative AI Developer Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL , New Jersey - Hybrid preferred Full-Time (Full Time) NOTE: H1 Transfer is also fine and Premium should be taken care by Candidate. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI Developer to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming , FastAPI , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture design , scalable APIs, and end-to-end AI solution development.<hr/> Key Responsibilities <ul><li> Architect and develop Generative AI applications using RAG frameworks for enterprise-scale solutions. </li><li> Design and implement robust system architectures for AI-driven platforms ensuring scalability, security, and performance. </li><li> Build and optimize APIs using FastAPI for seamless integration with AI models and data pipelines. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.</li><li> Implement data ingestion, preprocessing, and retrieval mechanisms for large-scale knowledge bases. </li><li> Ensure compliance with best practices for cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP). </li><li>Conduct performance tuning and optimization of AI models and APIs.</li><li> Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG methodologies . </li></ul><hr/> Required Skills & Qualifications <ul><li> 8+ years of professional experience in software development and system design. </li><li> Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI for API development. </li><li> Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and RAG architectures . </li><li> Solid understanding of system and architecture design principles for distributed applications. </li><li> Experience deploying solutions on any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP). </li><li> Familiarity with vector databases , embedding models , and retrieval pipelines . </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><hr/> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li> Experience with LLM fine-tuning , prompt engineering , and model evaluation . </li><li> Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) . </li></ul>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Regards Sudhir Hooda Tanisha Systems Inc. Meets with client and/or families in a professional, thorough and timely fashion gathering bio-psycho-social information and then determining the appropriate level of care through the use of the PCPC.</li><li>Triages clients/families that require services (outpatient, MES, MH) in a timely and organized fashion.</li><li>Provides one-to-one time with clients-assessing clinical progress, administering urine drug screens and treatment intervention when needed.</li><li>Provides clinically related tasks such as correspondence, completion of manage care forms, and works in assuring services are authorized and client financial responsibilities are addressed.</li></ul>PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:  Must have ability to sit for 2 total hours per day, and up to 1 total consecutive hour. Must be able to stand for 8 total hours per day and up to 2 total consecutive hours. Must be able to walk 6 total hours per day and up to 10 total consecutive minutes. Must have the ability to frequently use fingers/hands for fingering and handling. Must have the ability to use upper extremities for frequent pushing of objects up to 10 pounds and occasional pushing of objects up to 75 lbs. Must have the ability to transport patients weighing up to 250 lbs. via wheelchair, stretcher and/or bed. Must have the ability for frequent stooping and bending. Must have the ability for frequent reaching above shoulder level. Must have the ability for touching as it relates to feeling objects by touching with the skin, particularly that of fingertips. Must have the ability for hearing as it relates to normal conversation, high frequency and low frequency hearing sounds.
