In both rotations, FAs will have an opportunity to broaden skill sets, develop analytical skills, increase knowledge in different disciplines (Controllers, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Finance Chief Operating Office, and business-aligned Chief Finance Offices), build professional networks and leadership capabilities. During each rotation, FAs work closely with management teams and are provided the opportunity to add value to Citi through responsibilities including product control, financial closings and consolidations, developing financial controls, management reporting, planning and analysis, and management of balance sheets and liquidity.
