We are seeking a dedicated full-time psychiatrist to provide compassionate, high-quality care at Texas Health Seay Behavioral Health Center. Opportunity Overview<ul><li>Practice: inpatient behavioral health hospital</li><li>Patients: adults/adolescents</li><li>Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility, no mandatory after-hours call or weekends</li><li>Team: psychiatrists, PMHNPs, social workers, therapists, discharge planners and UR</li><li>Average Census or Volume: 12 to 15 patients per day</li><li>Type of Work: primary inpatient admissions and treatment; occasional PHP/IOP coverage as needed</li></ul> Why You'll Love This Opportunity<ul><li>Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a schedule that allows occasional flexibility to accommodate personal commitments, while maintaining general weekday availability</li><li>Collaborative Environment: Join a collegial team with outstanding culture and minimal turnover; our clinicians were voted best bedside manner in the hospital.
