Working closely with court leadership, business stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and Information Technology teams, the Infrastructure Implementation Manager manages project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful technology implementations with minimal disruption to court operations. • Collaborates with court leadership, Court Capital, Fiscal, Procurement, Lease Properties, Court Facilities, Security, DCAM, architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, vendors, telecommunications providers, and other stakeholders to define business and technical requirements and ensure technology solutions support operational needs.
