Assist clients to achieve their goals in accordance with the residential guidelines. KIM is looking for qualified candidates to fill a full-time Monday - Friday 12am - 8am shift. Salary$19.00 hourly Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist clients with daily hygiene as outlined in their individual care plans, including personal care such as brushing teeth, bathing, hair washing, toileting, and more.</li><li>Administer correct medications to clients and document the activity accordingly, including nurse delegated tasks.</li><li>Communicate with medical offices, pharmacies, and the nurse delegator for medications and appointments.</li><li>Assist clients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed, as needed</li><li>Monitoring vitals (if applicable) and client behaviors, documenting accordingly.</li><li>Transport clients to and from all activities and appointments and/or arrange transportation services as appropriate.</li><li>Complete all forms, reports, and data sheets for caseload.</li><li>Supervise clients’ daily activities and living conditions to ensure adequate health and safety.</li><li>Coordinate individualized programs for clients and document activity thoroughly.</li></ul> Certificates, Licenses and Registrations<ul><li>Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) License, or higher (required)</li><li>Home Care Aide (HCA) License (preferred)</li><li>Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC) License (preferred)</li></ul>  Education and Experience <ul><li>High school graduate or equivalent (required)</li><li>Intermediate experience with supporting living, preferably with individuals developmentally or otherwise disabled adults.</li></ul>  Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum age of 18 years.</li><li>Criminal background check cleared before working alone unsupervised with the clients.</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions, organize and set priorities.</li><li>Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension.</li><li>In-depth understanding of client care policies and regulations.</li><li>Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for a number of medical conditions.</li></ul> Benefits:<ul><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>401(k)</li></ul>﻿
