This role will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to providing support to our Lateral Partner Recruiting activities and will work closely with our Global Director of Legal Recruiting and Assistant Director of US Lateral Partner Recruiting. Accepts assignments and direction from senior team members, proactively seeks guidance when needed, and shadows experienced colleagues on tasks such as phone calls or meetings to build fluency in recruiting best practices.
