This role will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to supporting Legal Recruiting initiatives and will work closely with the Assistant Director of U.S. Entry Level Recruiting. Responsibilities include coordination of the law student recruitment process and summer associate program, new associate orientation and integration, and support for lateral attorney recruiting in the Philadelphia and Wilmington markets.<hr/>Job duties and responsibilities<ul><li>Schedule pre-screening calls and full interview rounds, coordinate and reschedule as needed, monitor daily interview calendars, greet candidates upon arrival, confirm timely connections with interviewers</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact, communicate interview details and updates with applicants and interview teams</li><li>Support end-to-end attorney recruiting by collecting and organizing interview feedback, reviewing resumes in connection with searches, and asking thoughtful questions to build understanding of the firm, practice groups, and legal landscape</li><li>Complete forms, compile data, perform administrative and routine tasks with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Assist with on-campus recruiting season, create interview schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare pre-arrival information and arrival packages, follow up with candidates</li><li>Assist with registration for on-campus interviews for regional and select firmwide law schools</li><li>Maintain accurate real-time data in Vi and Digital File</li><li>Accept assignments from senior team members, seek guidance when needed, shadow experienced colleagues on recruiting activities</li><li>Engage with attorneys to build productive relationships across the firm</li><li>Assist with the summer program, lead planning and hosting of events, schedule trainings, correspond with summer associates, organize orientation logistics</li><li>Assist with new associate orientation, lead planning of welcome reception, schedule conference rooms, correspond with new associates, organize logistics</li><li>Track summer associate assignments, evaluations, and feedback, prepare and send offer letters and rejection communications with professionalism and confidentiality</li><li>Understand firm systems, policies, procedures, and goals to troubleshoot questions and issues</li><li>Work closely with Payroll, Benefits, L&D, IT, and HR teams across offices</li><li>Support firmwide special projects as assigned</li></ul>Job duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. Meets with client and/or families in a professional, thorough and timely fashion gathering bio-psycho-social information and then determining the appropriate level of care through the use of the PCPC.</li><li>Triages clients/families that require services (outpatient, MES, MH) in a timely and organized fashion.</li><li>Provides one-to-one time with clients-assessing clinical progress, administering urine drug screens and treatment intervention when needed.</li><li>Provides clinically related tasks such as correspondence, completion of manage care forms, and works in assuring services are authorized and client financial responsibilities are addressed.</li></ul>PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:  Must have ability to sit for 2 total hours per day, and up to 1 total consecutive hour. Must be able to stand for 8 total hours per day and up to 2 total consecutive hours. Must be able to walk 6 total hours per day and up to 10 total consecutive minutes. Must have the ability to frequently use fingers/hands for fingering and handling. Must have the ability to use upper extremities for frequent pushing of objects up to 10 pounds and occasional pushing of objects up to 75 lbs. Must have the ability to transport patients weighing up to 250 lbs. via wheelchair, stretcher and/or bed. Must have the ability for frequent stooping and bending.
