<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>8 years of experience managing supply chain security operations within a multi-national corporation.</li><li>Experience in working with vendors and managing teams.</li></ul><h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience with transportation security technologies (e.g., GPS, RFID) and knowledge of industry standards (e.g., TAPA, C-TPAT, ISO).</li><li>Experience in asset protection, including security audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with external partners.</li><li>Experience managing security operations and personnel to deliver high-quality, customer-oriented programs.</li><li>Ability to develop and deploy security programs for high-value assets, confidential prototypes, and unreleased products.</li><li>Ability to influence executive leadership and stakeholders in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.</li><li>Excellent judgment and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.</li></ul><div><h2>About the job</h2><p>In this role, you will help lead Google’s Global Supply Chain Security and Resilience Function. You will work with internal and external partners and service providers to maintain and enhance the security and confidentiality of Google products and assets through transportation and logistics processes. As such, you will lead transportation and logistics security strategy and operations related to physical security, investigations, risk/threat assessments, shipment monitoring, alert response, reporting, and innovation. You will be responsible for supervising employees and contractors performing specific security related tasks, along with monitoring associated performance and expenses.</p>From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.<div></div><div>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$228,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
