If you believe golf course food can be bold, thoughtful, and well‑executed, you'll fit in here.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Position Summary</strong></div><div>We are seeking an <strong>experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef</strong> to support daily kitchen operations and help lead our culinary team. This role is ideal for a chef who is hands‑on, calm under pressure, and confident making real‑time decisions in a fast‑paced environment.</div><div>You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager to oversee service, manage staff, maintain standards, and ensure consistent execution across grill service, tournaments, and catered events.
