Manage procurement project team in the execution of end to end project delivery, including RFIs/RFPs/RFQs for equipment, materials, and subcontracted services; bid tabs and commercial evaluations, Negotiate of contractual terms and conditions, supplier qualification, expediting, document control receipt verification. This role develops and executes project-specific procurement plans; partners with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Finance; and ensures the timely, compliant, and cost-effective sourcing of equipment, materials, and subcontracted services.
