Duties may include all duties reasonably associated with overseeing manufactured housing projects, including, but not limited to: Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Management: Oversee all CapEx projects from start to finish, including developing project scopes, obtaining bids, negotiating vendor contracts, and identifying cost-effective solutions. The Procurement and Project Manager will lead projects in three main areas: community-level renovations and infrastructure upgrades (such as paving, utility, signage, playgrounds, and lighting improvement), ordering and installation of new manufactured homes, and renovation of existing manufactured homes within our communities.
