The position provides technical and managerial facilitating across the investment lifecycle, ensuring proposed investments are aligned to SIB priorities, supported by sound business and capacity analysis, and executed to achieve measurable improvements in supplier capacity, capability, resilience, and submarine production performance. Coordinate with SIB Supply Chain marketspace leads, technical teams, NAVSEA Program Offices, contracting organizations, shipbuilders, suppliers, and other stakeholders to advance investment actions.
