Why join us? <ul><li> Meaningful Work!</li><li> Best in Class Organization!</li><li> Competitive Compensation Package!</li><li> Complete Benefits Package!</li><li> Strong bonus potential (20% target)</li><li> Accelerated Career Growth!</li><li> Fun Company Activities!</li><li> Many More!</li></ul> Job Details Responsibilities: <ul><li> Lead the development and implementation of new process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.</li><li> Support the introduction of new products (NPI) from the design phase through to full-scale production, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition.</li><li> Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate waste, streamline operations, and optimize the use of resources.</li><li> Lead engineering change notices (ECN) to communicate modifications in products, processes, or production schedules.</li><li> Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.</li><li> Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) to prevent poor quality costs. </li><li> Support root cause analysis of process issues and develop effective corrective actions.</li><li> Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies.</li><li> Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.</li><li> Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.</li><li> Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), lean manufacturing principles, and engineering change notices (ECN).</li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team.</li><li> Proficiency in using engineering software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.</li><li> Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li> Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and supply chain management.</li><li> Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (preferred but not required).</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
