As the VP of Growth Marketing, you will lead acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives while improving campaign performance, recurring revenue, and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization with strong leadership visibility, bonus potential, equity opportunity, and long-term growth potential.<h2>What You'll Actually Do as the VP of Growth Marketing:</h2>· Lead acquisition and retention initiatives across paid media, email/lifecycle marketing, and digital engagement channels · Improve recurring revenue, retention, and customer reactivation efforts · Audit and optimize funnels, campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer journeys · Drive testing, experimentation, and campaign performance optimization · Partner with internal teams and external agencies to improve marketing execution and scalability<h2>What You'll Need to Succeed as the VP of Growth Marketing:</h2>· Hands-on experience building and optimizing acquisition channels · Strong background in lifecycle/email marketing, retention strategy, paid media, and conversion optimization · Experience operating in fast-paced, growth-stage, or entrepreneurial environments · Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and testing to guide decisions · Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution<h2>It's a Bonus if You've Used:</h2>· Klaviyo or similar lifecycle/email marketing platforms · Meta and Google paid media ecosystems · Analytics, attribution, and audience segmentation tools<h2>Why This Role Fits Your Life:</h2>· Employment type: Direct Hire · Schedule: Full-time · Salary/Pay: $180K/year (+/- based on experience) + 20% bonus + equity potential · Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including unlimited PTO · Location: Hybrid in DFW, TX (onsite preferred)
