POSITION SUMMARY:The Center Manager drives day-to-day operations in the center, works to grow center’s business and to achieve or exceed annual financial goals while delivering on Carespot’s high standards of team member and patient safety, satisfaction, and service. Responsible for in-clinic execution of CareSpot business, clinical, and marketing programs, and ensures that CareSpot operational procedures and clinical standards are met.PRIMARY JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Manages, motivates, and inspires team of positive team members at the center to foster commitment to the CareSpot mission and vision and increase customer loyalty to CareSpot. Coaches staff on operational methodologies and best practices to enhance service to patients, team member engagement and foster an environment of continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversees all day-to-day center operations, including staffing, patient flow and adherence to operational and clinical standards, and identifies opportunities for improvement within the center.</li><li>Ensures resources and available, including supplies and necessary equipment within the center.</li><li>Owns center turnover and works with team members to make impactful improvements. Implements best practices to improve team member engagement.</li><li>Communicates regularly with Regional Director to quickly resolve issues, coordinating with peers to other centers in market and corporate functions and providing recommendations as required.</li><li>Leads interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, working with input from Regional Director, Human Resources, Talent/Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition. Develops staff through coaching, mentoring, rewarding, training, and guiding; Plan and prepare work schedule and assign team members to specific duties.</li><li>Ensures compliance with necessary regulatory standards; ensuring all credentialing, regulatory agency, and other compliance requirements are complete and current and being followed.</li><li>Interacts with billing to ensure successful and timely billing.</li><li>Review center’s financial statements and operating scorecards to ensure success of center, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the center is tracking to meet annual goals. Where necessary, works with Regional Director and /or corporate functions to resolve pending issues.</li><li>Implements corporate-led initiatives effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Acts with honesty and integrity in all business transactions, including, but not limited to, employment applications/resumes, patient records, time records, and financial transactions.</li><li>Responsible for marketing initiatives to grow urgent care and occupational health business of the center. These responsibilities will include cold calling, meeting with local employers and schools attending community evets, and other objectives assigned by the Regional Director.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>Medical Assistant and X-Ray Tech duties should be performed if the team member has the proper credentials and training.</li></ul>SKILLS:<ul><li>Extensive knowledge of clinic operations.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.</li><li>Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of staff.</li><li>Technically competent with various software programs including but not limited to MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)</li></ul>EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.</li><li>2 years of manager experience - preferably in healthcare environment.</li><li>3 years healthcare/customer service industry experience preferred.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of clinic operations. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.</li><li>Current BLS certification </li><li></li><li>Ability to pass a Level II background screening and clearance through AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration) - https://info.flclearinghouse.com/</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>This is a field position and is 100% in clinic, the expectation is that the Center Manager will be in an assigned clinic every day.</li><li>Travel between locations is required.</li><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or 10 years of Supply Chain, Vendor Contracting or Purchasing experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Preferred Education: Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Preferred Licensure/Certifications: CPCM, CPM, Federal warrants, or CMRP certification. Required Experience: 3 - 5 years Strategic sourcing and contracting experience. Preferred Experience: Over 5 years of Supply Chain Services contracting and purchasing experience. Necessary Skills: 1. The Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing annual giving programs related to grateful patient acquisition, fundraising and donor retention, as well as digital fundraising initiatives, preparing reports and providing administrative support for online platforms.

Overview:
The Development Coordinator will implement, and coordinate initiatives that enhance or support fundraising efforts for Annual Giving and provide administrative support to the Directors of Children's Miracle Network and Annual Giving, which includes managing budgets, coordinating intern programs, organizing calendar requests, and other duties as necessary. The Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing annual giving programs related to grateful patient acquisition, fundraising and donor retention, as well as digital fundraising initiatives, preparing reports and providing administrative support for online platforms. The Development Coordinator will coordinate tasks around Privacy procedures with confidentiality and accuracy, and also coordinates programs related to special fundraising initiatives under the direction of the Director of Annual Giving Operations and Assistant Director of Annual Giving. The Development Coordinator will also serve as an event specialist for third-party partner fundraising events. Eighty-five percent of time is spent exercising discretion, independent judgment and problem solving to manage project tasks, which include the use of dynamic databases and the production of high level documents, requiring high-level organization, mastery of software programs and understanding of HIPAA regulations. Prior annual giving, development, event planning, database management and/or direct marketing experience preferred.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is required (Master's degree preferred) and 1-3 year's experience required. Ability to work well with internal and external constituents with excellent customer service. Strong leadership, organization, communication and computer skills required. Previous experience preferred in data management, donor relations, project management, coordinating special events and campaigns, and independent use of personal computer applications including word processing and data spreadsheets. Annual giving or marketing experience preferred. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a frequent driver Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
