Responsible for all dues and fees associated with any memberships including Amelia Island & Nassau County Association of Realtors and Nassau County Multiple Listing Service.• Must produce $3,000,000 in sales and six transactions within two years from date of employment with Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate Company before being eligible for company to pay associated dues as stated above.• Be an ambassador to the Omni Culture by delivering outstanding customer services in all internal and or external interactions• Ensure compliancy of all Omni Policies and ProceduresTools & Equipment:• Computer, printer/copier/fax/scanner, telephone, radio, desk/chair, file cabinet, I-Pad, I-Phone• General office supplies• Computer programs : Microsoft Office, Social Media.
