HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Cyber Operations Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Joint Staff J7 (JS J7) Joint Concepts, Doctrine, and Education (JCDE) Deputy Directorate’s Futures and Concepts Division (FCD) in Suffolk, Virginia. • Develop U.S. Joint Cyber Operations concepts, including Joint Concepts, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), and Concepts of Employment (CONEMPs), integrating emerging warfighting approaches into a joint, all domain framework.
