QualificationsPrevious experience in a construction, roofing, or lumber facility is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
