**Laser Cutter **to make or assemble components</li><li>**Inspecting parts **for quality assurance</li><li>Operating **shear tables **and other shop equipment to cut and form wire mesh</li><li>Reading and interpreting blueprints and production documentation</li><li>Using a computer to scan jobs in and out, track workflow, and access digital job details</li><li>Performing **tool and die maintenance **using lathes, CNC machines, grinders, and drill presses</li><li>Measure production parts using various gages including micrometers, calipers, indicators, go/no-go gages, to ensure parts are in compliance with standards.</li><li>Following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>1–2 years of experiencein a manufacturing or factory environment (preferred)</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li><li>Highschool diploma/GED and/or ability to pass a basic math test</li><li>Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods</li><li>Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Hillman, MI facility</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities May Include:<ul><li>Package finished products for shipment or storage</li><li>Assist with materials handling and inventory management</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proficient in using hand tools and power tools</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings</li><li>Good communication skills to collaborate with team members</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines</li></ul>Special Requirements:Must pass a background check and drug screen.If you take pride in hands-on work and thrive in a setting that values precision and teamwork, we encourage you to apply.
