This role leads production teams, supports operational goals, and maintains a positive and compliant work environment. This position will be fully on-site. Hours: 9pm to 630am Days: Sunday-Thursday Job Requirements: <ul><li> Must have raw protein (meat, chicken or seafood) experience</li><li>Supervise, coach, and support production staff to meet performance and quality expectations.</li><li>Communicate job expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.</li><li>Support hiring, onboarding, training, development, and corrective action processes.</li><li>Manage daily production workflow to meet output, efficiency, and schedule targets.</li><li>Conduct routine floor oversight to monitor production conditions and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Ensure materials, equipment, and staffing levels are adequate to support production needs.</li><li>Monitor production records, review variances, and report performance results.</li><li>Coordinate production schedules and adjust plans as needed to address operational issues.</li><li>Schedule regular meetings with employees so they can be informed of future events, work schedules etc.</li><li>Monitor department's absences, breaks and meal periods to comply with State Laws and Company Policies.</li><li>Assist in the recruitment, selection, promotion, counseling and termination of employees.</li><li>Provide employees with work assignments, training, feedback, coaching, support, and development opportunities.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>5+ years' experience working in manufacturing as a Supervisor or a similar role</li><li>Associate degree acceptable w/minimum combination of education and 3+ years of similar work experience.</li><li>Bilingual Spanish language skills required</li><li>Experience working in an FDA and Lean Sigma (DMAIC) regulated environment</li><li>Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT tools and/or best manufacturing practices.</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
