As the Production Supervisor, you are the bridge between strategy and execution. You will direct the workforce, oversee complex automation systems, and ensure our customers get exactly what they needKey Responsibilities <ul><li>High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education</li><li>Metals industry (stamping and welding) background is a plus Manage and direct all production employees, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.</li><li>Maintain the plant in peak condition, ensuring all departments run at maximum efficiency.</li><li>Work closely with the Scheduling Department to prioritize workflows and meet customer deadlines.</li><li>Partner with Purchasing to secure parts and collaborate with Outside Vendors on repairs and innovative new projects.</li><li>Rigorously monitor production quality to ensure every part meets our high standards.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities <ol><li>Proven ability to manage a diverse workforce while maintaining self-control and clarity under pressure.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment, including PLC controls and automation systems.</li><li>Experience in inventory control and general computer proficiency.</li><li>A self-starter who identifies bottlenecks before they happen and takes initiative on the floor.</li></ol>Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted. Core Responsibilities •     Print top?level work orders, drawings, and create complete shop packets. •     Print sub?assembly work orders and drawings. •     Run MRP, read MRP outputs, and create new work orders based on demand. •     Support raw?material purchasing across multiple manufacturing facilities. •     Issue, track, and close work orders in the ERP system. •     Deliver packets and materials to the production floor as needed. •     Assist with ECN (Engineering Change Notice) processing with the Planner. •     Perform ERP data cleanup and accuracy checks. •     Support planning/scheduling activities and eventually take on MRP planning projects. Required Skills & Experience •     Experience in production planning, MRP, or manufacturing scheduling. •     Strong ERP experience; familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar systems. •     Ability to read and interpret MRP outputs. •     Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow?through. •     Solid analytical and organizational skills. •     Strong interpersonal communication—able to work with production, engineering, and planning. •     Thick skin; able to tune out noise and stay focused under pressure. •     Comfortable supporting two production shifts and working onsite daily. Description: As a Production Operator, at Cleveland, OH plant, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Primary Responsibilities Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment. Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders and operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working conditions. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs. Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities. Repair and clean the equipment when needed. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production equipment between warehouse and working area. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation. Qualifications/Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Must be clean shaven. Potential to convert to full-time.
