Provide mentorship to residents and fellows.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and standards established by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and other governing bodies.Education: MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Neurosurgery Residency Program.
