Ascertains all reportable malignant, reportable by agreement benign or borderline disease cases as defined by the American College of surgeons Commission on Cancer, FORDS Manual, PA Cancer Registry Manual, NJ Cancer Registry Manual, by reviewing pathology reports, radiation reports, and various hospital records.
