Creates and maintains an environment that provides integrated leadership and management of the work environment that produces a service/care delivery team that is efficient, competent, and professional in order to produce outcomes and results that meet and/or exceed the strategic/facility/customer service goals of RHS. The Educator serves as a consultant, change agent, and facilitator in assessing learning needs and in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for the staff and patients of the assigned areas with a core focus on facility and associated departments.
