Resolve complex construction-related issues, disputes, and conflicts across multiple projects• Develop, assign, and monitor performance of OARs and project teams• Review construction schedules and monitor overall project progress• Evaluate and assess change orders and their impact on the District• Assist leadership with bid strategy, contract planning, and procurement processes• Review bid specifications for feasibility and alignment with project timelines• Monitor project database metrics related to scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting• Review and verify applications for payment and manage project financial performance• Provide leadership across scheduling, cost control, contract administration, dispute resolution, and quality control• Oversee administration of contracts for architects, engineers, and consultants• Coordinate with District departments including Environmental Health & Safety, Design, Asset Management, Contract Administration, Inspection, Maintenance & Operations, and local districts• Review and recommend resolutions for construction-related disputes• Develop and recommend internal policies and procedures• Perform additional duties as assigned. 12 years of full-time project or construction management experience• Minimum 5 years managing large programs with individual projects exceeding $50M in construction value• 5 years of experience in educational facilities, public works, or large commercial construction projects• Strong leadership and team management experience• Expertise in scheduling, cost control, and contract administration• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
