Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming equipment and match shipments to purchase orders • Pick, pack, and ship equipment to clients, field technicians, and satellite offices • Keep inventory accurate through cycle counts, reconciliation, and serial number tracking • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse where every item is easy to find • Coordinate deliveries, returns, and RMAs with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams • Partner with Purchasing to flag low stock and prepare in/out, stock level, and dead stock reports Fleet Management. • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory control • Experience with inventory or warehouse management software and basic Excel • Valid Arizona driver's license and an acceptable driving record (MVR check required) • Strong attention to detail with counts, serial numbers, and paperwork • Clear communication with coworkers, vendors, and delivery drivers • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and follow through • High school diploma or GED Nice to Have.
