As a Customer Engineer, you will partner with technical Sales teams as a subject matter expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) to differentiate Google Cloud to customers. You will help prospective, existing customers and partners understand the power of Google Cloud, develop creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve their business challenges, engage in proofs-of-concepts, and troubleshoot any technical questions and roadblocks. You will engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and present practical and useful solutions on Google Cloud. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about benefits at Google.</div></div><div><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Own the technical account plan and strategy by participating in planning and supporting targeted sales motions.</li><li>Leverage combined expertise in sales, programming, and solutions architecture to demonstrate the value of Google Cloud Platform through complex demos, pilots and in-depth workshops.</li><li>Design cross-pillar solutions, secure technical wins, define initial delivery plans for customers, and lead technical engagement throughout the solution phase.</li><li>Support the post-sales transition by managing pricing activities and transitioning the final delivery plan to implementation teams.</li><li>Maintain awareness of progress against the delivery plan, providing support to cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration or implementation phases.</li></ul></div>Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
