This role will work with the AIR team, including Debt Capital Markets, Investments, Portfolio Strategy, Asset Managers, Marketing, Strategic Initiatives, Legal, Outside Counsel, Capex Directors, and Operating partners to coordinate Broker Opinion of Values, diligence materials and work with the buyer/broker through the sale process. This person will be the lead point of contact with all sellers to coordinate new acquisition activity, communicating with both Blackstone's transaction team as well as the AIR team (Debt Capital Markets, Investments, Portfolio Strategy, Capex, Asset Management, Risk, Tax, Accounting and Legal Teams).
