Safe Haven Security is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our outside sales team.  This position will work within an assigned territory working directly with prospective customers on site.In this role you will: <ul><li>Operate within a designated territory to engage with qualified leads and prospective customers.</li><li>Conduct in-home sales presentations to educate customers while developing customized security and automated alarm systems based on their needs</li><li>Leverage sales tools to drive productivity and an efficient sales process</li><li>Represent Safe Haven Security with professionalism and integrity, while adhering to company policies and values</li></ul> To be successful in this role, you should have:<ul><li>Ability to demonstrate high level communication skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections and close sales</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset</li><li>Demonstrate accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul> What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation</li></ul><div> </div><div>Compensation Structure:</div><ul><li>Uncapped comission only - paid weekly</li><li>Top performers earn a range of $70,000 to $125,000.</li><li>Average compensation payout is $426 per package, with an average of 9 installs per month.</li><li>Additional sales bonuses range from $750 to $2,000 per month.</li></ul> Physical Abilities:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
