Manages key clinical and financial metrics including but not limited to PI’s, CMP, case length, days to first recheck, Specialist Referral Rate and other disability management and referral pattern metrics delivered by Clinical Analytics, holding clinicians accountable. Excellent communication skills including speaking, presentation, listening, telephone, negotiation, business and medical writing skills necessary to convey information to supervisors, peers, or customers.
