Operates the following tools and equipment: car and/or light truck, articulated front-end loader, skid steer, off road dump truck, loader/backhoe, road grader, mechanical sweepers, mechanical vacuum, and track and wheeled excavators, Bucket truck, roll-off truck, water truck. This position adheres to guidelines, policies and operating procedures; makes independent judgment in the field, encounters deadlines/shifts in attention when dealing with monitoring activities, encounters problem solving when dealing with employee performance, and exercises difficult or creative thinking when resolving personnel and citizen complaints.
