 Looking to hire an experienced landscape foreman to help supplement our current crews. This position is full time during the growing season along with on-call work during the winters. This position required strong work ethic, knowledge of common residential & commercial landscaping services, and requires a valid driver's license.<br/><br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<br/><br/><br/>- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of landscape workers before, during & after projects<br/>- Work with project estimator to prep for projects daily and discuss any job details <br/>- Execute landscaping projects, including garden design, tree care and tree/shrub removal per project contracts<br/>- Conduct groundskeeping duties such as planting, weeding, edging and mulching<br/>- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences when on-site <br/>- Ensure that all work is completed according to established timelines and quality standards<br/>- Coordinate with General Manager & office to order project materials & ensure equipment is operational<br/><br/><br/><strong>Required</strong><strong>Skills & Experience</strong>:<br/><br/><br/>- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop <br/>- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and installation/removal<br/>-  Proven knowledge of typical landscaping plants, trees, and gardening techniques<br/>- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and proposals<br/>- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team & delegate responsibilities<br/>- Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during projects<br/>- Good communication skills to interact with clients, team members & management<br/><br/><br/>Applicants are required to submit a resume showing their landscape experience.
