<div>We are looking for qualified help for the 2026 season. This position is full-time position and part-time and summer help Job Summary:</div><ul><li>MUST have RELIABLE transportation. MUST live within reasonable driving distance of Suwanee, Ga. </li><li>MUST act in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER at all times.</li><li>MUST be HONEST and DEPENDABLE.</li><li>MUST be able to LISTEN and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.</li></ul><div> A Landscape employee is responsible for the following landscaping tasks:</div><ul><li>The use of a push mower</li><li>String Trimming trees, fences and retaining walls</li><li>Sidewalk edging</li><li>Operating riding mowers, aerators and rental equipment </li><li>Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, patios, and clumps of grass in lawn if present</li><li>Tree and shrub trimming</li><li>Help with building patios, retaining walls, and walkways.</li><li>Spreading pine straw mulch and hardwood mulch</li><li>Move dirt and/or gravel with wheelbarrow</li><li>Installing sod, hand raking, shoveling and laying straw blanket</li><li>Digging up bushes and planting bushes</li><li>Hauling branches & leaves to our truck</li><li>Cleaning up shrub clippings and branches</li><li>Must be able to spread salt and/or shovel snow </li></ul><div> Physical Requirements:</div><ul><li>Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Being able to lift 50lbs</li><li>Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques (training provided as needed).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Reliable transportation to meeting points.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.</li><li>Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred </li><li>Commitment to maintaining safety protocols and proper tool usage.</li><li>Must be able to work on demand when weather dictates </li><li>Must be able to work 10 or more hours per day</li><li>Must be able to pass background test and drug screening </li><li>Must be legal to working in USA</li></ul><div> What we offer:</div><ul><li>Starting $18-$20 / hour Competitive Salary (depending on experience and qualifications)</li><li>Holidays off</li><li>Bi-Weekly Pay</li><li>Monday thru Friday during the season and occasional Saturday due to rain delays or holidays during the week</li></ul><div> Contact for questions or forwarding you application and resume.</div>
