gardener to join our Organic Landscape Maintenance team. We specialize
in organic gardening practices and the use of Texas native and adapted
plants, providing high-quality care for residential landscapes throughout
our service area.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who truly
enjoys working with plants and takes pride in professional gardening work.Important: This is NOT a lawn mowing position.<div align="center" class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:center"><hr align="center"/></div>What You’ll DoIn this role, you will work at customer properties
throughout Tarrant County performing skilled gardening and plant care tasks,
including:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li class="MsoNormal">Planting
 and transplanting</li><li class="MsoNormal">Organic
 fertilization</li><li class="MsoNormal">Pruning
 and detailed plant care</li><li class="MsoNormal">Weeding
 and bed maintenance</li><li class="MsoNormal">Mulch
 installation</li><li class="MsoNormal">Monitoring
 overall plant health</li></ul>Occasionally, you may also:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li class="MsoNormal">Purchase
 plant material</li><li class="MsoNormal">Transport
 plants to job sites</li><li class="MsoNormal">Support

 working with landscape plants (North Texas experience strongly preferred)</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ability
 to work independently and stay productive</li><li class="MsoNormal">Comfortable
 working outdoors in hot and cold weather</li><li class="MsoNormal">Able
 to lift at least 50 pounds</li><li class="MsoNormal">Able
 to communicate professionally with clients</li><li class="MsoNormal">Valid
 driver’s license with good driving record</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ability
 to drive a pickup truck with trailer</li></ul>Preferred (but not required)<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li class="MsoNormal">Experience
