KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance of a variety of urban commercial and residential gardens and landscapes, including but not limited to green roofs, terraces, indoor tropicals, ground level gardens, street tree beds, and edible landscapes. Perform all aspects of plant maintenance, including but not limited to planting, pruning, deadheading, weeding, mulching, irrigating, plant and disease treatment, mowing, holiday decor, and cleaning/sweeping.

Work may include planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and groundcover; installing mulch, topsoil, sod, and decorative stone; grading and preparing planting areas; and assisting with drainage and irrigation installations. Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years.
