The Desire Company is seeking experienced Gardeners and Landscaping Experts to participate in paid brand projects with leading outdoor, lawn and garden, home improvement, and equipment brands. This is a great opportunity to use your hands-on expertise and product knowledge to collaborate on content that helps shoppers make confident purchase decisions. Project Overview:<ul><li>Filming Location: Varies by project (travel covered if required)</li><li>Time on Set: Approximately 3–5 hours (half-day; subject to change)</li><li>Final Deliverables: 1 Product Recommendation Video per project</li><li>Starting At: $1,500</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct product evaluations and provide expert insights related to lawn care, gardening tools, landscaping equipment, plant care, and outdoor maintenance.</li><li>Participate in a brief pre-production call to align on project goals and expectations.Collaborate with our production crew during on-site filming sessions.</li><li>Communicate your professional recommendations in a clear, relatable manner.</li></ul>How It Works: Once you express your interest, we will present you to various brand partners for potential selection. If chosen, we’ll schedule a pre-production call to discuss project goals and logistics before moving into the filming phase. If you’re passionate about gardening, landscaping, and helping people choose the right tools and solutions for their outdoor spaces, we’d love to hear from you. Major Job Responsibilities Field Operation <ul><li>Report to work on time.</li><li>Remove loose trash and debris from landscape area before mowing.</li><li>Remove weeds from sidewalks, curb lines, and mulch beds.</li><li>Report property damage to Foreman or Lead Person.</li><li>Help crew load and unload equipment at the job site.</li></ul>Client Relations<ul><li>Always be courteous.</li><li>Always wear a clean uniform.</li><li>Know what to do if a client or anyone else asks a question.</li><li>Learn to use the proper equipment for the job being performed.</li></ul>Equipment Use<ul><li>Become certified in the training/certification program for the designated pieces of equipment (21″ mower, 36″ mower, 48″ & 60″ mower, riding mower, blower, edger and weedeater).</li><li>Learn to service/perform the necessary preventative maintenance on equipment.</li><li>Learn the proper loading and unloading of equipment.</li></ul>Safety<ul><li>Attend/participate in company orientation program before performing any work.</li><li>Learn to adhere to all company safety rules/policies.</li><li>Must attend and participate in all tailgate meetings.</li><li>Must use appropriate safety equipment when necessary.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Has a "can-do" attitude</li><li>Gets a job done on time and knows what to do next.</li><li>Volunteers to take on a new or different job, project or responsibility.</li><li>Goes beyond what is expected to do a better job.</li><li>Must be a "team player".Must get along with all co-workers.</li></ul> Typical Qualifications To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
