<h4><strong>Gardener & Handyman</strong></h4><h4>Largo, Florida | Full-Time | On-Site</h4><h4>Great location, nice people to work for, steady paycheck every week.</h4><h4>We are looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help care for and maintain a beautiful private property in Largo, Florida.</h4><h4>This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, keeping things organized, fixing small issues, and making sure a property stays clean, functional, and well cared for day to day.</h4><h4>We are looking for someone proactive who naturally notices when something needs attention and enjoys taking care of it without needing constant direction.</h4><h4>The property is already in very good condition. This role is more focused on daily upkeep, organization, groundskeeping, light maintenance, and helping keep everything running smoothly.</h4><h4><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li><h4>Perform general property upkeep and day-to-day maintenance</h4></li><li><h4>Handle small repairs and maintenance tasks as needed</h4></li><li><h4>Keep indoor and outdoor areas clean, organized, and presentable</h4></li><li><h4>Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and general groundskeeping</h4></li><li><h4>Monitor irrigation systems and outdoor equipment</h4></li><li><h4>Walk the property regularly and identify anything needing attention</h4></li><li><h4>Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in good order</h4></li><li><h4>Coordinate outside vendors when specialized work is required</h4></li><li><h4>Help ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.</h4></li></ul><h4><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></h4><ul><li><h4>Enjoys working with their hands and staying active</h4></li><li><h4>Reliable, organized, and self-motivated</h4></li><li><h4>Comfortable with tools, outdoor work, and general handyman tasks</h4></li><li><h4>Pays attention to details and takes pride in doing quality work</h4></li><li><h4>Able to work independently and follow through on responsibilities</h4></li><li><h4>Comfortable working in a private residence environment</h4></li></ul><h4><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h4><ul><li><h4>Experience in property maintenance, groundskeeping, handyman work, landscaping, or similar roles</h4></li><li><h4>Basic maintenance and repair skills</h4></li><li><h4>Experience with lawn equipment, tools, tractors, or irrigation systems is a plus</h4></li><li><h4>Light plumbing or electrical knowledge is helpful but not required</h4></li></ul><h4><strong>Schedule</strong></h4><h4>Full-time, on-siteApproximate hours: 8:30/9:00 AM – 6:00 PM<br/>Some flexibility may be needed depending on property needs.</h4><h4><strong>What We Offer:</strong></h4><ul><li><h4>Salary based on experience and performance</h4></li><li><h4><strong>Weekly pay</strong></h4></li></ul><h4>If you enjoy keeping properties beautiful, organized, and running smoothly — we’d love to hear from you.</h4><h4>Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment screening, which may include a background check.
