Over 10 years of operations, Terrapin has grown into a multi-state company with nearly 200 employees. As we have expanded nationally, our need for an Entry Level Gardener has grown significantly. The Entry Level Gardener plays an important role in the maintenance and upkeep of a safe, clean, and compliant grow facility. It requires organizational skills, reliability, initiative, heightened productivity, and a strong affinity toward cleanliness.
