We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become our Ambassadors. Come and play an important part on our incredible team today! What you get to do: You'll help grow and maintain our beautiful park grounds. This involves performing a variety of ground maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, planting, pruning, and container maintenance with an early morning schedule. You will also: <ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and quality of work area </li><li>Maintain accurate records of activities performed </li><li>Provide excellent service to guests and Ambassadors </li><li>Operate park vehicles </li><li>Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li><li>Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed. </li></ul>What it takes to succeed: <ul><li>Basic plant or landscape knowledge </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a SeaWorld driver's license preferred </li><li>At least 18 years old </li><li>Excellent English communication skills </li><li>Basic operational knowledge of both power and hand tools </li><li>Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs. </li><li>Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions </li><li>Scheduling flexibility - be able to work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM </li><li>Ability to work well independently and as part of a team </li><li>Strong multi-tasking abilities </li></ul>Availability: <ul><li>This is a seasonal role </li><li>Shifts start as early as 6am </li><li>During the peak season, must have 5 days of unrestricted availability, to include the weekends </li><li>You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays </li><li>The Sesame Place season runs from March 2026 through Labor Day 2026, with onboarding and all required training to be completed prior to the start of the season. </li><li>Hours may fluctuate based on business need; may be scheduled up to 40 hours weekly. </li></ul>Compensation: <ul><li>16.90 per hour </li></ul>Starting Base Pay: The perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as: <ul><li>FREE park admission </li><li>Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends </li><li>Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. </li><li>Scholarship opportunities </li><li>Exclusive employee events and giveaways </li></ul>EEO Employer: SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
