Our work includes patios, drainage systems, outdoor living spaces, lighting, irrigation upgrades, sod, and full property transformations. We are a growing, owner-led company. Your Mission Your first 30 days are about learning and alignment — our services, standards, clients, and expectations.  After that, lead from the front: sell work, coach reps, and raise standards. You will: <ul><li>Sell profitable, high-quality landscaping construction projects </li><li>Teach what you do by performing at a high level </li><li>Hire and release reps based on cultural fit + performance </li><li>Run weekly skill-building training grounded in discipline </li><li>Enforce professional communication, follow-up, and pricing standards </li><li>Improve our approach, scripts, accountability, and expectations </li><li>Build the division that leads to your promotion into Sales Manager </li></ul> If you can’t protect the culture, you can’t lead the team. Compensation <ul><li>Healthy base salary </li><li>Commission-focused earning potential- A top earner will earn over 50% of their total pay for the year.
