This role assists with jobsite preparation, cleanup, material handling, traffic control setup, basic hand and power tool use, and support activities for street, concrete, traffic signal, bridge, and general civil construction crews as directed. Work is performed outdoors year-round in active construction environments, including exposure to extreme heat, cold, rain, dust, noise, vibration, moving equipment, uneven terrain, and live traffic conditions.
