As a key member of the Capacity Expansion leadership team, the VP partners across Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Product Engineering, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Operations to accelerate ramp-up readiness, mitigate supply risk, and enable successful launch and sustained operational performance across the manufacturing network. This leader oversees launch execution, launch readiness, and the 3-36 month SIOP process in partnership with Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain COEs, and plant teams to ensure materials, suppliers, inventory, and logistics capabilities are aligned with capacity expansion plans.
