3+ years of experience of professional hands-on experience with software development tools in the following areas: requirements management (e.g., Jama), backlog management and collaboration (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Crowd), CI/CD (e.g., Artifactory/Xray, GitLab, Jenkins), testing (e.g., Micro Focus ALM, LRE, JMeter), and code quality/security (e.g., SonarQube, Coverity). Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership.".
