Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; direct, relevant industry experience as an Owner's Representative, Residential Contractor, Residential Developer, or similar leadership role may be considered in lieu of a degree.20+ years of experience in residential construction, community planning, infrastructure development, design management, and construction management. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams, you'll drive successful project delivery from planning and design through construction, turnover, and closeout while maintaining alignment with project goals, schedules, budgets, and governance requirements.
