Tilt wall and civil experience we’re looking for: • Hands on knowledge of panel construction, erection, and sequencing for tilt wall projects• Experience managing site logistics, crane picks, and large crews during tilt wall phases• Full scope civil experience including earthwork, grading, soil stabilization, utilities installation, storm drainage, and paving• Direct oversight of roadways, parking lots, and tie in of civil scopes with vertical construction• Coordination with city inspectors, geotechnical engineers, and surveyors to maintain compliance and quality• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. What You'll Do: • Overseeing day to day field operations on tilt wall and ground up projects from start to finish• Managing schedules, subcontractors, safety meetings, and daily reporting• Coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to keep communication clear and projects moving smoothly• Leading subcontractor and owner meetings, addressing issues quickly, and keeping a forward looking schedule.
