Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of: Web development in an Esri environment, including the ArcGIS Developer resources, the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS REST services, the Esri Jimu library, and ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition . This role involves close collaboration with the Application Development group and cross-functional teams across the agency to design, build, enhance, and maintain high-impact GIS web and desktop applications.
